Terms & Conditions

These documents describe MyLoyalHub only (the loyalty platform and product we operate), not individual shops. Shops that use MyLoyalHub are independent businesses.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyLoyalHub, including the customer and shop-owner experiences, our websites that host or link to the product, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, sending an OTP, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MyLoyalHub.

2. What MyLoyalHub is

MyLoyalHub is software operated by us so that independent local businesses can offer digital loyalty programmes to their customers. MyLoyalHub is not the seller of goods or services at those businesses — the shop is. Programme rules (stamps, rewards, expiry, fair use) are set by each shop within the product, subject to these Terms and how we configure the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive SMS at the mobile number you register to use MyLoyalHub.

4. Your account

  • Your mobile number identifies your MyLoyalHub account. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and for all activity under your account.
  • OTPs are confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date where the product allows you to edit it.

5. Loyalty programmes on MyLoyalHub

  • Rewards, stamps, points, tiers and promotions are offered by the participating shop, not by MyLoyalHub as a retailer. The shop sets eligibility, limits and expiry within the product.
  • Rewards have no cash value except as offered by the shop, and are generally usable only with that shop unless the shop clearly states otherwise in the programme.
  • Misuse (for example fake visits, shared accounts, or abuse of QR scanning) may result in suspension of your account or adjustment of balances, by us and/or the shop.
  • We may freeze, adjust or remove programme data where required to comply with law, these Terms, or instructions from the shop that owns that programme data, provided such action is consistent with fair operation of the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MyLoyalHub to:

  • Violate any law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Harass, defraud or harm other users, shops or third parties.
  • Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload or circumvent security or technical limits of the Service.
  • Use automated means, stolen identities or multiple accounts to manipulate programmes.

7. Shops and disputes

Questions about a product you bought, a service you received, or a reward offered by a shop are between you and that shop. MyLoyalHub provides the technology only. We may try to help with technical or account issues when you contact support@myloyalhub.com, but we are not responsible for the shop’s commercial decisions or fulfilment.

8. Intellectual property

MyLoyalHub, its name, logos, user interface, software and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep MyLoyalHub available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyLoyalHub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyLoyalHub and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or similar losses, arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with a participating shop. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MyLoyalHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or we must do so for legal or security reasons.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be shown in the app with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where a stricter rule applies under law.
