1. Who we are
MyLoyalHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the operator of the MyLoyalHub loyalty and rewards software — including this web app, related websites under our control, and supporting services (together, the “Service”). We provide the Service so that participating local businesses can run their own loyalty programmes for their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how MyLoyalHub collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use the Service.
When you use MyLoyalHub at a particular shop, that shop may also see certain loyalty-related information about you in their dashboard. They do not operate MyLoyalHub; we do. Their use of data they receive through MyLoyalHub should align with how they run their programme, but this Policy governs MyLoyalHub’s processing as the platform provider.
2. Information MyLoyalHub collects
Information you give us directly:
- Mobile number — used as your main account identifier on MyLoyalHub.
- One-time passwords (OTPs) you enter to verify your number.
- Optional profile details you choose to provide, such as name, date of birth or email.
Information generated when you use loyalty features through MyLoyalHub:
- Visits, QR or code scans, stamps and similar events at shops that use MyLoyalHub.
- Bill or spend amounts, only where the shop chooses to record them in the product.
- Rewards earned or redeemed, tier progress and related programme activity.
Information collected automatically by MyLoyalHub:
- Device type, browser type, IP address and technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How MyLoyalHub uses your information
We use personal information to:
- Verify your identity, create your MyLoyalHub account and sign you in.
- Operate the loyalty features for the shop you interact with (stamps, points, tiers, birthday rewards, offers, redemptions).
- Send operational messages such as OTPs and programme or account notices.
- Improve, secure and troubleshoot MyLoyalHub, detect abuse and protect users.
- Meet legal, regulatory and accounting requirements.
5. Local storage and cookies
The MyLoyalHub web app uses browser local storage for functions such as session continuity, language
preference (myloyalhub_lang) and similar settings. If you disable
storage, parts of the Service may not work correctly. Our marketing site at
https://myloyalhub.com may use cookies or
similar technologies as described in the website section of our published Privacy Policy document.
6. Retention
We keep your account and loyalty data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, legal and accounting reasons. You may ask us to delete your MyLoyalHub-held data as described in the next section.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to:
- Request access to personal information MyLoyalHub holds about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data held by MyLoyalHub, subject to legal exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows.

8. Security
MyLoyalHub uses technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Never share OTPs with anyone, including shop staff — OTPs are for your use only.

MyLoyalHub is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, contact us at support@myloyalhub.com and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Location of processing
MyLoyalHub is operated from India. Your information may be processed in India and, where we use subprocessors, in other countries where they operate. By using the Service you acknowledge this.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and adjust the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we may also notify you by SMS or in-product message.
